First: we remove the old flooring ie VCT, carpeting, ceramic tile, and coatings faster than anyone by using our 3600 pound propane propelled Dexter (Terminator) scraper or our quiet, air pure, electric scraper weighing in at 2200 pounds.
Second: we remove the old glues, thin sets, patching materials by a second scraping or by using our 1180 pound Diamatic diamond grinder with carbides hooked to our Dust Collectors that move 554 cubic feet per minute for a nearly dust-free clean up. Along the walls we hand grind the last few inches with hand held 7 inch grinders with shrouds which are attached to Ruwac vacuums that pull 200 cubic feet per minute. Thus, the removals are nearly dust-free!
Third: we shot blast all the last remnants of adhesives and glue with a multiple choice of shot sizes from 180 to 390 for a nearly 100 percent removal. Shot blasters are connected to a huge Dust Collector for a nearly dust-free removal.
These machines save the planet by not requiring harsh chemicals that are difficult to dispose from being needed nor used. This is the GREEN way to do removals.
Fourth: we can diamond grind the concrete to be smooth and clean. Tell us how smooth you want it and we will tell you how many cuts that will be. We can keep cutting it until we have it shining like granite by using 1 or more of our 3 diamond grinders. All grinders are attached to dust collectors.
